Washing: Machine wash cold (30°C max) on a delicate cycle, or hand wash gently. Fasten the button and zip the fly first to protect the waistband and closure.

Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach and fabric softener, they can weaken the stretch fibres and affect the smooth finish of the fabric.

Drying: Hang to air dry or lay flat, away from direct heat. Avoid tumble drying, high heat can affect the stretch and cause creasing.

Ironing: Low heat only, inside out or with a pressing cloth, as the polyester-elastane blend does not like high temperatures. A steamer also works well for quick touch-ups.
