Refund policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Valarni. If something isn't right, this page explains clearly how returns, exchanges and refunds work.

1. Your 14-day right to return

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to change your mind and return it, without giving any reason. If your order arrives in several packages, the 14 days start from the day you receive the last package.

To use this right, let us know before the 14 days are over by emailing info@valarni.com with your order number and the item(s) you want to return. A clear email is enough. You may also use the model withdrawal form at the bottom of this page, but it is not mandatory.

This right applies to every item sold on our store, including items bought on sale.

2. How to send an item back

  1. Contact us first at info@valarni.com. We will reply by email with the return address and the instructions to follow.
  2. Send the item(s) back within 14 days of the day you told us about your decision.
  3. Pack the item(s) carefully, ideally with their original labels and packaging, and keep your proof of shipment. We recommend a tracked shipping service.

You may try an item on as you would in a shop. You may be held responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what is needed to check its nature, characteristics and fit (for example, an item that has been worn outside, washed or damaged).

3. Return shipping costs

When you return an item because you changed your mind (section 1), the return shipping costs are paid by you.

If an item is defective, damaged or not the one you ordered, the return is free for you (see section 6).

4. Refunds

  • We refund the full price of the returned item(s) within 14 days of the day you told us about your decision to return them.
  • We may wait until we have received the item(s) back, or until you have sent us proof that you shipped them, whichever happens first.
  • Delivery is free on all our orders, so there are no delivery costs to refund.
  • Refunds are made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless you expressly agree to a different method. You are not charged any fees for the refund.

Once the refund has been issued, it may take a few extra business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

Need a different size or colour? We are happy to exchange your item:

  1. Contact us at info@valarni.com within 14 days of receiving your order, with your order number and the item you would like instead.
  2. We send you the return address by email. Send the original item back (return shipping costs are paid by you).
  3. As soon as we receive and check the returned item, we ship your new item to you free of charge.

Exchanges depend on availability. If the item you want is no longer available, we refund you as described in section 4.

6. Defective, damaged or incorrect items

If your item arrives defective or damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us as soon as possible at info@valarni.com with your order number and photos of the item. We will offer you a replacement or a full refund, and you will not pay any return costs.

7. Your legal guarantees

In addition to this policy, you benefit from the guarantees provided by law. For customers in France and the European Union, this includes:

  • the legal guarantee of conformity for 2 years from delivery (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code);
  • the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence.
