These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to every purchase made on valarni.com (the "Store"). Please read them before ordering. By placing an order, you accept these Terms.

1. Who we are

2. Who can order

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your country. If you are a minor, you must have the permission of a parent or legal guardian before ordering.

3. Products

We describe and photograph our products as accurately as possible. Colours may look slightly different depending on your screen. Please check the size information on each product page before ordering.

4. Prices

Prices are shown in the currency selected on the Store. The total price, including shipping (which is free), is shown before you confirm your order. Possible import duties and taxes for some destinations are explained in our Shipping Policy.

We may change our prices at any time, but the price that applies to your order is the one shown when you placed it.

5. Placing an order

Your order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. Please keep this email.

We may cancel an order in limited cases: the product is out of stock, the price shown contains an obvious error, or we have serious reasons to suspect fraud. In these cases we inform you and refund the full amount paid.

6. Payment

Payment is taken when you place your order. We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and Apple Pay. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

7. Delivery

Delivery is free worldwide. Delivery times, tracking, customs and lost parcels are explained in our Shipping Policy.

8. Right of withdrawal, returns and exchanges

You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return it without giving any reason. How returns, refunds and exchanges work is explained in our Refund Policy, which also contains a model withdrawal form.

9. Legal guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L.217-3 to L.217-20 of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code).

Under the legal guarantee of conformity, you have 2 years from delivery to act. You can ask for the product to be repaired or replaced, free of charge. If repair or replacement is impossible, or in the other cases provided by law, you can obtain a price reduction or a refund. Any lack of conformity that appears within 2 years of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery, unless proven otherwise.

Under the guarantee against hidden defects, you have 2 years from the discovery of the defect to act. You can choose between cancelling the sale or obtaining a price reduction.

10. Liability

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control. Nothing in these Terms limits our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited, or affects your legal guarantees.

11. Intellectual property

The content of the Store (texts, layout, logo and brand name) is protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy or reuse it without our written permission.

How we use your personal data is explained in our Privacy Policy.

13. Complaints and mediation

For any complaint, please contact us first at info@valarni.com. We will do our best to find a solution quickly.

If you live in the European Union and we cannot solve the issue together, you may contact a consumer mediator free of charge, in line with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code. Our consumer mediator: [MEDIATOR NAME, ADDRESS AND WEBSITE].

14. Applicable law

These Terms are governed by French law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of your country of residence. In case of a dispute, you may bring a claim before the courts provided for by law.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version that applies to your order is the one published on the Store when you placed it.
