Washing: Turn inside out and machine wash cold (30°C max) on a gentle cycle to protect the mesh jersey construction and the "77" flame graphic print.

Detergent: Use a mild detergent. Avoid bleach, it can weaken the polyester-elastane blend and dull the print over time.

Drying: Air dry or lay flat. Avoid tumble drying, direct heat can crack the printed graphic and snag the mesh weave.

Ironing: Low heat only, inside out. Never iron directly over the "77" flame print, and avoid pressing too firmly on the mesh panels.
