Shopify may also use some data for its own purposes as an independent controller. You can learn more in the Shopify Consumer Privacy Policy and exercise some rights through the Shopify Privacy Portal.

5. International transfers

Some of our providers are located outside the European Economic Area, and your data may be processed in other countries to fulfil your order. When data leaves the EEA or the United Kingdom, it is protected by recognised safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, unless it goes to a country recognised as offering adequate protection.

6. How long we keep your data

  • Order and invoice data: for as long as needed to manage your order, then up to 10 years to meet accounting obligations.
  • Customer account: until you delete it or ask us to.

  • Cookies: no longer than 13 months.

7. Cookies

We use cookies that are necessary for the Store to work (for example your cart). Other cookies, such as analytics or advertising cookies, are only used if you accept them in the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time with the "Cookie preferences" link at the bottom of every page.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, and in particular if you live in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have the right to:

  • access your data and get a copy of it;
  • correct inaccurate data;
  • delete your data;
  • restrict or object to some uses of your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format;
