Washing: Turn inside out, 30°C max, delicate cycle, or hand wash cold. Spandex is sensitive to heat and can lose its stretch.

Detergent: Mild detergent for activewear or delicates. No bleach, no fabric softeners, as these break down the elastane fibres.

Drying: Air dry flat only. No tumble dryer, as heat weakens the stretch and causes the fabric to lose its snap-back fit.

Ironing: Do not iron. Spandex can melt or warp under direct heat.
